My good friends Linda and Pierre recently purchased a new sound system, including a turntable for their vinyl collection! They asked me to make some storage cubes for their albums. They chose Oak.
Pierre and I went to Lowe's and bought a 4x8x3/4" sheet of oak veneer. I stained it black to match their speakers. I also put a 3/4" Oak frame around the face of the cubes. After 3 coats of stain and 2 coats of top coat, the cubes turned out awesome!
